Жительница Тюмени, будучи на пенсии, нашла себе способ заработка — «липовая» прописка иностранцев. В ходе проведенной проверки полицейские установили, что она незаконно регистрировала в своей квартире, расположенной по улице Судоремонтной, граждан из соседних стран.
Буквально за 11 дней в июле 2017 года она зарегистрировала в своей квартире 85 человек. Все это она делала за денежное вознаграждение в размере 500 рублей. При проверке выяснилось, что дома у пенсионерки мигранты не проживали.
Сейчас дознавателем отдела полиции № 2 в отношении подозреваемого возбуждено уголовное дело по признакам состава преступления, предусмотренного статьей 322.3 УК РФ (фиктивная постановка на учет иностранного гражданина или лица без гражданства по месту пребывания в жилом помещении в Российской Федерации). Санкция статьи предусматривает наказание в виде штрафа в размере от 100 000 до 500 000 рублей, либо лишение свободы на срок до трех лет.
